Cancellation by the Customer: If the customer cancels the tour booking up to 15 days prior to the tour start date, the customer will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this cutoff date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by the Organisers: The tour requires a minimum of 40 participants to proceed. If we do not meet this minimum, the customers will receive a full refund.
Cancellation due to acts of God: Cancellation of the tour due to “acts of God” or other problems beyond our control will be dealt with similarly to cancellation due to lack of minimum participants.
